HALL AND ROOM RENTAL CHARGES

For all non-profit making and charitable organisations the lower stated rental charges are applicable.

For all commercial and profit making organisations the higher stated rental charges are applicable.

For all existing bookings rental charges are at the current rates.

Main Hall
£9.00 per hour
£12.00 per hour

Rankin Room 
£7.30 per hour
£8.50 per hour

Green Room 
£6.50 per hour
£7.75 per hour

Main Hall Private Function
Full Day (8.00am – 5.00pm) £80.00 – £105.00
Evening (5.00pm – 11.00pm) £60.00 – £70.00
After 11.00pm An Additional £15.00 Per Hour Will Be Charged

Use of Bar Licence £20.00
Setting up/putting away of chairs tables and cleaning up £45.00. Requests for this service are to be made on the booking form.

Weddings til Midnight
The fee to include setting out and cleaning - £260.00 to include use of license, setting up tables and chairs and putting away.
£100 deposit payable a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event.
