Hall and Room Rental Charges
HALL AND ROOM RENTAL CHARGES

For all non-profit making and charitable organisations the stated rental charges are applicable. For all commercial and profit making organisations the stated rental charges are increased by 25%.
For all existing bookings rental charges are at the current rates.
For all bookings taken from 1st April 2005 the following rates will apply:
Main Hall (Non Commercial Let)
Commercial Let
£8.00 per hour
£10.50 per hour
Rankin Room (Non Commercial Let)
Commercial Let
£6.00 per hour
£7.50 per hour
Green Room (Non Commercial Let)
Commercial Let £5.70 per hour
£7.00 per hour
Main Hall Private Function
(5 - 12 Midnight) £60.00
After Midnight An Additional £15.00 Per Hour Will Be Charged
Main Hall for theatrical performances £85.00
Antiques and Craft Fairs £75.00 per day
Weddings til Midnight
The fee to include setting out
and cleaning. £185.00 to include use of license & setting up and taking down plus £100 deposit payable a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event.
A charge will be levied for the setting out & clearing away of chairs and tables. Requests for this service are to be made on the booking form.
