Fitness Groups and Dance Classes

 

Badminton class is held every Thursday evening from 7.30pm – 9.00pm.



Oz Fit class is held every Monday evening from 6.00pm – 7.30pm.



Tai Chi class is held every Monday afternoon from 2.00pm – 3.00pm.

 

Yoga class is held every Monday morning from 10.30am – 12.00pm and on Wednesdays from 7.45pm – 9.15pm.
